Terms and Conditions

These terms define the general rules for using the DobryFiltr online store and placing orders for filters, replacement filter sets and related accessories.

Orders

Orders may be placed through the online cart. The customer is responsible for providing correct contact, billing and delivery data. After submitting an order, DobryFiltr sends an order confirmation to the store e-mail and, where technically available, to the customer.

Prices and Payments

All prices shown in the store are gross prices in PLN and include VAT. Available payment methods include bank transfer, paynow, PayPal and cash on delivery, depending on current store settings.

Products

Product descriptions, compatibility information and dimensions are provided to help select the correct filter. Before purchase, the customer should compare the device model, filter shape and dimensions with the filter currently used in the device.

Delivery

Delivery is available in Poland and abroad. Delivery cost and estimated delivery time are shown in the cart or confirmed individually for non-standard and B2B orders.

Complaints and Returns

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of receiving the product, subject to applicable law. Complaints should be sent to kontakt@dobryfiltr.pl with the order number and a description of the issue.
