DobryFiltr processes personal data only to the extent necessary to handle orders, delivery, payment, customer contact and legally required accounting obligations.

Data Processed

We may process name, company name, tax identification number, address, e-mail address, telephone number, order details, payment method and delivery details, including parcel locker code if selected.

Purpose of Processing

Data is processed to complete orders, issue accounting documents, handle complaints and returns, contact customers and, where consent is given, measure satisfaction after purchase.

Recipients of Data

Data may be shared with delivery providers, payment operators, accounting service providers and IT systems used to operate the store, only to the extent necessary.

Customer Rights
